Hands and feet are so neglected and forgotten about. Thus I have committed myself to making sure everyone leaves Cloud 9 with happy, healthy, soft and pain-free hands and feet! I use Bend Soap Co. amazing goat milk soak for my hydration treatments and I use their goat’s milk lotion for all of my services. The way I make my services different than other nail salons is avoiding toxins, stink, and I take my time for each clients individual needs by customizing each treatment depending on what’s best for you that day. I have made it a priority to offer clean, sterile pedicures and love helping people of all ages!

Join Jessica for an engaging and lively introduction to Traditonal Thai Massage.Thai massage has been passed down through the centuries in the temples of Thailand by Buddhist monks, where it is still taught today. Welcome to friends, family and couples, learn a simple Thai massage sequence that can be practiced easily at home. Affectionately called “Lazy Man’s Yoga” in Thailand,this ancient bodywork incorporates passive stretching, pressure points, and movement. It is performed on a soft mat on the floor. Thai Massage offers incredible benefits for the giver and the reciever, such as greater body awareness, increasede flexibility and a relaxed body and mind.

What a wonderful way to spend a day together!

Note:Participants should wear loose comfortable clothes and be able to move around on their hands and knees.

TRADITIONAL THAI MASSAGE TRAINING

Study Traditional Thai Massage with Jessica Layton LMT,RTT in this 30 hour credit class at COCC. class meets once a week . Students will learn how to perform a 90 min.Northern style Thai Massage . Emphasis is placed on proper body mechanics and use of gravity and leverage. Students should wear loose comfortable clothes and be able to move around on hands and knees on soft mats on the floor.

Each student recieves a syllabus, reading recommendations and fully illustrated manual. Completion of the class includes a practical and written exam.
