Jessica Layton LMT.RTT, started Cloud 9 Healing Arts in 1990. She has been a massage practitioner and teacher for over 30 years.Jessica is one of the founders of COCC’s Massage Therapy Program and has been teaching and developing classes since 1990. She is an Instructor and Advanced Practitioner certified by THAI Healing Alliance and a Nationally Approved Provider of Continuing Education ( OR # 4338 ).
Abby Clancy is a licensed Nail Tech and Esthetician who provides high quailty services to Cloud 9′s customers 6 days a week. A Bend native, Abby went to Phagans Beauty School and graduated in 2011, being only 20 years old she has a fresh perspective on the natural side of the beauty industry. She has been trained in Reflexology, Hot Stones and Aromatherapy ”I take my time for each clients individual needs by customizing each treatment depending on what’s best for you that day. By making it a priority to offer clean, sterile manicures/pedicures/facials/waxing I am able to help people of all ages! Choosing high quailty “clean” products has been my main focus and shopping local as much as possible! Cloud 9 never smells like a nail salon, and I love that!”
